It’s the best time of the year at FB4K! It’s time to give away bikes!
Will you help us make it happen?
We are ready to start giving bikes away. But it takes a lot of volunteer help to make this happen! Can you spare a few hours on a Saturday in May? Our first giveaway is on Saturday, May 8. We’ll be hosting giveaways every Saturday in May starting with May 8.
We have two shifts available for volunteers:
11-2:45pm
or
2:45pm-6pm

We’ll be hosting the giveaways in our back parking lot just off Zeier Road near East Towne Mall. Recipient organizations are invited to attend as the give aways are not open to the public. If you know someone who needs a bike, please tell them to reach out to a school, nonprofit or community center to receive a bike. Give aways happen rain or shine.
We’ll need people who can help us:
1) At the Registration Station – welcome our clients and help get recipients checked in. (2-3 people each shift; friendly, outgoing and well organized)
2) Helmet Fitting – we’ll have a station for helmet fitting. (2 people who work well with kids)
3) Bike Runners – help us stage bikes for recipients (4 people who are up for some fast moving action)
4) Bike Fitters – help our recipients pick out bikes that will work best for them. (3 people who are customer service oriented and know bikes)
Corporate teams work great for bike giveaways!
Please sign up for a volunteer shift on our website. Please make a note if you have a preferred station. We will do our best to get you your preferred station! Thank you for doing good deeds! 🙂
