You are invited to volunteer!

Free Bikes 4 Kidz Madison will be a supporting organization at the World’s Largest Brat Fest on May 27 & 28.

• All organizations are paid $8.00 per hour each volunteer works. 

NOTE:  Positions are limited and are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Confirmations will be sent within 48-72 hours of applying. 

*Volunteers working at Brat Fest are NOT covered under the liability insurance policy; all volunteers are required to sign a waiver releasing Brat Fest and its subsidiaries from all liability for injuries or damages incurred. Minimum age to volunteer is 14 years old.

Volunteers and their supporting organizations are the most integral part of the World’s Largest Brat Fest! They grill, they cashier, they count attendees, they drive shuttles and golf carts, they stock condiments, they make sure the event grounds are clean – you get it – they pretty much do it all!

Each year, Brat Fest depends on nearly 5,000 volunteers of all ages* with over 16,446 volunteer hours to play a special part in our continued success and our quest for the WORLD RECORD all in the spirit of community giving! Without them, Brat Fest would not be the same.

How to get involved?

• Approved organizations and volunteers have the opportunity to return year after year.

How to Sign up for Volunteering at Brat Fest 2022

• Click on Brat Fest INITLIVE Log in and or create an account (link above)
• Click Brat Fest “Sign up for this event” or “Edit Sign-up” button if you have already had an account
• Enter your Email Address and password or create a Password (remember to reset if you can’t remember)
• Fill in form contact questions: name, number and t-shirt size, and Charity group your working for
• Verify 14 years of age and must be 18 years of age to grill or drive golf carts.
• Select Shift(s) you would like to work at Brat Fest 2022
• Check to make sure all your shifts are correct and download your schedule                                        
• Go back to home to View your upcoming events

Canceling job shifts:

If you are no longer able to work the shift you scheduled, then please sign back into your INITLIVE account and remove/delete your shift prior to the start day. Also, helpful to get the app as that has lots of information as well. I’ll be sending more info out on that as we get closer.
