Lucknow, Sep 28 (IANS) The Uttar Pradesh government will go to the Allahabad High Court to look for the death penalty for a denounced in an assault and murder case.
The POCSO court has conceded life detainment to the blamed for the assault and murder for a minor in 2019.
The charged had first attacked and afterward set ablaze a 11-year-old young lady in Sambhal. The kid battled for life for seven days in a Delhi emergency clinic prior to capitulating to consume wounds.
Extra region government counsel N.K. Yadav said, “On November 21, 2019, the casualty was distant from everyone else in her home as her mom had gone to see a specialist. Thinking that she is distant from everyone else, Zeeshan Khan assaulted her and set her on fire. We will currently look for the death penalty for him.”
Khan was captured and shipped off prison.
